I believe in the power of the ripple effect as a result of good intention.
Not everyone agrees with everyone else. In fact, many things in the world today create the most divisive opinions and as a result can cause splits in society and workplaces and amongst family and friends.
However, everyone has experiences and opinions that are valid for some people in some way and tolerance and acceptance are valuable qualities.
This Blog is a collection of thoughts and experiences that I have chosen to write about with the positive intention that someone, somewhere can take something positive and meaningful from it and, when the time is right, pass it on to somebody else, who can go forward and create their own mark on the world.

A Monumental Challenge
I'm no runner.
I'm reasonably fit, a decent skier, walk a fair amount, and have staggered around a ParkRun a couple of times.... but I'm no runner.
